This 90 m² semi-detached gîte, adjoining the home of the owners’ son, provides a warm and friendly setting for a getaway with family or friends. Accommodating up to 4 people, it combines comfort and simplicity, with amenities suited to every season.
On the ground floor, the entrance leads through a gated courtyard, ensuring peace and privacy. After two small steps, a nature-inspired hallway welcomes you into the living space, which includes a functional kitchen area, a dining space, and a cozy lounge equipped with a pellet stove—perfect for warming winter evenings (in addition to electric heating)—as well as a television. A laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC complete this level.
